It’s Learning

It’s Learning as our e-learning platform. The main use of It’s Learning is information- and communication between teacher and student in the different courses. But it is also used from the administration, mainly to distribute important messages to students, with regard to courses, examinations, events and dates to remember. In a course, It’s Learning is used for tests, lecture-notes, inquiries, exercises, evaluations and general student – teacher communication. This is the system that you’ll use the most in your daily student activities.

When logging on for the first time, remember to chose Narvik University College (Høgskolen I Narvik) as your school. Also, the first time you log on to It’s Learning, you’ll be prompted to choose your preferred language. It’s Learning is available in a number of languages.

StudentWeb

This is a web-based solution for the students view into NUC’s database. In StudentWeb you’ll find all the information the school has registered on you, and it is your responsibility to keep that information updated, i.e. private mail, mobile phone, address, general contact information. In StudentWeb you’ll also find your term fee, you’ll find your education plan, registering for courses and exams, results from exams etc.

At the start of every term, you’ll have to approve your education plan and pay your term fee to be accepted as a registered student at NUC and in regards of Lånekassen.

Use your FEIDE-identity to log on to StudentWeb via the top button of the two. Your user identity is your student number, and the password is given to you via mail when accepted as a student, or when you arrive at school.
